How It Works

We make supply requests easier to execute.

Kestor supports procurement, operations, and technical teams by turning supply requirements into clear sourcing options and a managed path forward. Some requests are urgent, complex, or hard to source. Others are simply time-consuming, repetitive, or better handled by a focused supply partner with the right supplier network, purchasing leverage, and logistics experience.

Whether you need a single item, a recurring supply need, a maintenance-related requirement, or a list of electronic components, our role is to reduce the workload on your team and keep the process moving with clarity, accountability, and follow-through.

We help you source, compare, coordinate, and execute - without adding unnecessary complexity to your internal procurement process.

01

You Send the Requirement

Send us the information you already have: a part number, technical description, drawing, datasheet, bill of materials, quantity, target delivery date, delivery destination, or any other relevant details. The request does not need to be perfect. If something is missing or unclear, we help identify what needs to be clarified before the process moves forward.

02

We Clarify the Need

Before approaching the market, we review the request to understand what is actually required. We look at the item description, quantities, technical constraints, timing, documentation needs, delivery destination, and whether alternatives may be acceptable. Where relevant, we ask targeted questions to avoid mismatches, delays, or quote options that do not fit the real requirement.

03

We Use the Right Supply Channels

Once the requirement is clear, we check practical sourcing options through our supplier network, OEM relationships, distributors, specialized sourcing channels, and logistics partners. Our value is not only in sending RFQs — it is in knowing where to look, how to approach suppliers, how to compare options, and how to use purchasing and logistics leverage to create a cleaner path for the customer.

04

You Receive Clear Options

We organize the findings into a clear response so your team can make a practical decision. Where available, we present sourcing options with relevant details such as price, lead time, quantity, supplier assumptions, documentation availability, logistics route, and delivery conditions.

05

We Coordinate the Path Forward

After you select the preferred option, we help coordinate the next steps with the supplier and logistics providers. This may include quote clarification, order coordination, documentation follow-up, shipment details, and delivery status updates. Our involvement does not stop once a quote is received.

What You Can Send Us

You can send a single item, a short list of parts, a full BOM, a maintenance-related requirement, a recurring purchasing need, or a broader sourcing request. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can respond.

Useful details include part numbers, manufacturer names, quantities, technical descriptions, drawings, datasheets, required certifications or documentation, target delivery date, delivery country, logistics constraints, and whether alternatives are acceptable.

Why Work With Kestor

Procurement teams are often overloaded. Even when a requirement is not highly complex, finding the right source, checking availability, comparing quotes, coordinating suppliers, and following up on logistics can take time that your team may not have.

Kestor helps reduce that burden by bringing supplier access, sourcing experience, purchasing leverage, and logistics coordination into one managed process - allowing you to approach the market efficiently and identify practical options.
